Just when I thought we had it figured out...

Bran reminded me that the striped nursery idea, while a great one, would be incredibly hard to do in our nursery. Our whole house has pesky plastered walls that have a texture to them, so that even if we were incredibly careful in our taping and measuring, the stripes would still come out looking messy. Arg!

But I didn't let this get me down. I'm realizing more and more that I don't like the idea of doing green (mostly I just liked it because it meant we didn't have to do pink!). And while I still love the Penelope bedding I had picked out from Pottery Barn, my sister helped me come up with another idea that would use a bright coral wall color and a simple white or light colored bedding. Here's our new inspiration:


I love the bright walls with white accents, and I think Bran will like that it's definitely girly and feminine. So there you go - any thoughts??
