 Isn't that just adorable? Jenis Splendid Ice Creams sells organic, homemade ice cream in so many crazy combination flavors. They're based out of Ohio, but their ice cream is sold all over in natural food stores (like my local Whole Foods - I'm so making a special trip to get some!). The best part? Jeni wrote a cookbook!
