That one's fairly simple. I think I could figure out the technique (blob of white stuff, two circles of black stuff, trail five lines out from the center and five lines into the center), though I don't know how I'd fare with the execution. The kitty on Jen's Tumblr looks more complicated. But they're both, as you put it, "way cool."
it's the pouring that makes it hard - the "blob of white stuff" is way hard to get right! the chocolate is pretty easy, though. There are a bunch of you tube videos showing people do it - so cool!
